A husband, mother-in-law, and father-in-law have been sentenced to life imprisonment with rigorous imprisonment and fined Rs 2 lakh each in a dowry death case. The trio was convicted for mentally and physically harassing the victim for additional dowry, ultimately leading to her death by poisoning. The court delivered the verdict after reviewing evidence and hearing arguments from both sides.
