Rajasthan legislator Jaikrishn Patel was arrested by the Anti-Corruption Bureau for allegedly accepting a ₹20 lakh bribe. Accused of demanding ₹2.5 crore from a miner to suppress questions about mining activities, Patel was caught red-handed in a sting operation. A middleman was also apprehended, while authorities are searching for an individual who fled with the bribe money.
