The NIA filed charges against three people with links to a Canada-based Khalistani terrorist for their part in a shooting outside Hotel Highway King in Rajasthan in December 2024. The accused conspired with others, including a designated terrorist Arsh Dala. Shooters were assigned to carry out the attack as part of this conspiracy.
