Thousands of Slovaks have taken to the streets across over 20 cities to protest Prime Minister Robert Fico’s pro-Russia policy. The peaceful demonstrations, calling for Slovakia to remain in the EU and NATO, have grown in response to Fico’s unexpected meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
