RPSC members Ramu Ram Raika and Babu Lal Katara were arrested for manipulating an SI recruitment interview to favor Raika’s daughter, Shobha. The Special Investigation Team’s probe revealed that Raika had coordinated with senior officials, including the RPSC chairman, to ensure Shobha received undeserved high marks despite her lack of general knowledge.
