A Houston-area mosque issued a message urging members not to share information about Shamsud Din Jabbar, who drove a truck into crowds on Bourbon Street. Jabbar, who converted to Islam early, had a bomb-making setup in his trailer. The mosque advised members to refer media and FBI inquiries to CAIR and ISGH.
