Chetna Chaudhary, a 3-year-old girl, fell into a 700-feet-deep borewell in Kotputli, and after extensive 10-day rescue efforts by the NDRF and district administration, her lifeless body was retrieved. Despite multiple rescue attempts, she showed no signs of life for eight days. Authorities are now mandated to cover all open borewells to prevent such incidents.
