What time does counting of votes start in different US time zones (ET, CT, MT, PT)?

The counting of the votes in the US election extends beyond election night, and the timing will vary from state to state. The US has four main time zones( Eastern Time, Central, Mountain, and Pacific Standard Time), and the election timing is also different among the time zones. Many states had early voting though November 5 is the election day. Results are expected to start coming in just hours after the first polls close at 6pm ET.
